2665. Fourth fountain pen: get! Kaweco Sport B Nib

This purchase was not planned, but it was a surprisingly pleasant tiny little pen!

I watched some review videos of Kaweco Sport pen before getting one. One of the first key point of what people said about this pen is that: it is small. Really tiny! I couldn't imagine it until I had it on my hand. I don't have big hands, but it is really small.

The shop I bought this pen from (Penworld.eu) sold this pen with its gift box: where I got the clip (why is it separated to begin with?? It's an extra 3€ if it were not included in the gift box!!) and a box of cartridges. The pen itself has one cartridge inside it as well. But I bought a converter as well. A painfully tiny converter that could only fit two drops of ink, I suppose.

I don't mind the size, surprisingly! When posted, the pen has a good length for me.

This time, I picked the B nib. It's nice! Compared with TWSBI, it's almost as smooth, but for me TWSBI is a little bit better. I can't compare fully since my TWSBI is F nib, but overall a really nice tiny pen I can keep in my purse!

Since I branch out to different brands of pen, which presumably have different nib sizes standard, I can't tell which nib size is my favourite yet. I wonder if M (medium) nib would be the best fit for me. I don't want to buy too many pens though...

Oh, here is the doodle test on my sketchbook:

It surprisingly went well! I think the texture of this sketchbook's paper can accept B nib nicely. Though that makes me think, it must have such rough texture that F nib and Fude nib didn't work nicely here.

For future sketchbooks, I'll be searching for smooth paper! ✨
