Where Is Mrs Peregrine is now available in Spanish - Latin American (v2.13.7)

I'm happy to share that Where Is Mrs Peregrine is now also available in Spanish - Latin American, thanks to Angelina Christiansen!

A while ago, someone asked me whether I have the iOS version of this VN. I can't make that particular version due to many limitations, but I can probably do a web build version! So I tried to build a web version of it, but it lags terribly – perhaps the special sprite layering code that I did caused it.

I can't release its web version because the lag is too bad (even I can't stand it); so I'll look into it some other time. I'm pretty busy with various work scattered across my calendar. It has been fun, I'm not complaining!
