Weekly Summary 2024/24

The past two weeks have been me with stuff I need to do all over the place, so BTS posts have been a bit tardy ;-; Sorry about that!

Art stuff

I wanted to do something for my first Steam release (Tuna Rice), but I could never find time to make anything. At some point, I start to doubt myself whether releasing such a small VN to Steam was worth it. I keep having this arguments in my head hahaha, it's probably not very worth it if I see it from business perspective, but if I change my perspective and see it with a 'it doesn't harm' mindset, it becomes okay.

One year ago, we found Fei under a warm, rainy day!

The artbook is forever in draft, as I'm never able to make time for it. Hopefully, some time next month...

I think after wrapping up the current commissions work I'm doing, I'll take a commissions break for a few weeks to reorganise the things I've been doing. x_x);; I've been working so hard in adding small details in my commission, that takes unnecessarily a lot of time.

Dev stuff

I'm doing multiple things at once: triple-checking translation files, committing codes, Steam release checklist, etc., etc.... Not much of a fun part in creating, but it's part of it. I'll just enjoy it.

I miss my characters... So, I did a small doodle of Blooming Chimes casts in the middle of my commission work:

I hope to wrap things up at a nice place and return to people's comments and inquiries online asap!

• Listening to: I AM THE BEST - 2NE1 (they're coming back...!)
• Reading: n/a (I've been working on tidying Mrs Peregrine stuff to prepare for translations, so that's what I've been reading!)
• Watching: (still) Yuu Yuu Hakusho, last arc is so exciting aaa! ;-;
• Playing: n/a (just really, really low priority now)
• Others: I want to buy some physical books... I want a regular nice break from screen... I already have some books on my to-get list, I'll get them slowly!
