Monthly Summary: December 2025
Even when I didn't post daily, it was overall a pretty occupied month!
The highlight was definitely Choose Wisely Festival, where I participated with two VNs: The Ice Cream Culprit and Pippa and Your Phantasmal Problem. It was my first Steam festival participation ever, and I enjoyed being in it with other devs a lot! Anita from Studio Ephua did awesome job in emailing the participants all that was needed – at least, all I ever needed to know – and everything went well from my perspective.

As for December overall, it has always been a slower month for me. It gets a bit too cold for my liking, but I prefer warmer days to colder ones. Strangely, colder days give me more creative fuels, so it's a nice thing by its own!
Christmas also took some of my time off the desk, and I needed to take some days break from the screen as well to rest my eyes.
The end of the year is always bittersweet. I want to look back and see the pile of things I did, but this year was particularly hard to be creative for me. It was not easy, but perhaps I need to be slower this year. It's okay! I guess it's just a phase, and that once I'm comfortable, I can continue creating full-speed.
This month's banner: Maple and Cali 🍁 to end the year sweetly.
I doodled Maple as a tiny gift for Sei-chan, and ended up adding Cali on the side. He has longer hair here, as he keeps forgetting to cut it short. ^w^
Looking back: I draw quite some Maple and Cali doodles for this year's banner! That's really cute.
A few months ago, I stopped posting "Logs" section because I got bored of them, and I was thinking to make a static page of logs on my website instead. I got too busy, so I shelved the idea. Looking back at old summary posts, I enjoyed reading the logs section. So I think I'll bring it back again here.
No one else probably reads this, so for now I'll try posting logs again for myself.

- Listening to: Good Person (좋은 사람) - Super Junior (nostalgia!)
- Reading: Catching Fire - Suzanne Collins (I limit to one chapter at a time, or I'll abandon my work...)
- Watching: The Stepford Wives (a movie that got me pondering...)
- Playing: Cookie Run: Ovenbreak (I didn't enjoy grinding the PPG event, but I got all characters maxed, the lobby and the stickers set. I didn't get any of the characters skin.)
