2747. MD Dip Pen, sketchpad, more drawing inks
Last month, while wandering around some shops, I found a very interesting dip pen:

It's called MD Dip Pen – in M nib! ✒️
Being a dip pen, it doesn't have ink reservoir, so it can be used with any ink – not limited to fountain pen inks. \o/ This fact makes me rejoice hahah since fountain pen inks aren't very affordable...
It has round tip which resembles fountain pen nib! I talked about scratchy dip pen nibs in this post and struggled drawing with it (pretty sure it's skill issue hahah), so I got very curious of this dip pen.
It isn't cheap, and after browsing around online for some stories from people using this, I learnt a few things:
- the nib isn't replacable/compatible with regular G-pen nib, maru nib, etc. ☹️
- the body has soft, matte surface and it is impossible to clean once it's smeared with ink.
I took precaution and wrapped washi tape on the holder:

Just to protect it a bit at least.
I understand they make the holder soft and matte, but if it can't take ink stains, they can just make it in darker colours perhaps...? 😅
Other than that, I got a few other things:

Small sketchpad, two more drawing inks (deep red and blue), and a small ruler for my pocket sketchbook. The ruler has cute cats stencil, I threw 12€ for it haha ;_;
I tested the dip pen on my pocket notebook:
