2699. いつの日か by Itsuka

This is an artbook from an artist I've followed for quite some years – Itsuka!

Itsuka draws very soft characters art and scenes with lovely painting-style colours and organic shapes. These drawings are very inspiring to me, I wanted to collect them physically.

I really love the organic, soft illustration. I can feel the warmth on each scene, even in this particular snowy scene, for example.

There are some comic pages inside too!! I can't read japanese but I'm indulging on the characters art, and their facial expressions already tell a thousand words too. It reminds me of my silent comic To: You.

There are also pages of an interview with the artist. I probably need Deepl to read these as I don't have Japanese friends who can help me read, but for now, I enjoy the images and try to understand by searching for some very few kanji letters that I recognise, at least.
