(2245) More coding!!

Thankfully, I'm much better today! :D

Note:

22nd September 2024:

• I coded the library scene! The librarian used layerdisplayable, since the background I used for the library scene isn't befitting the sprites. I think it's nice, it will look like a comic panel!
• I coded more soundtrack and sprites!! Aaah, I've been loving them!! They're so cute and silly. 🥹 Dalton did such amazing job!!

The librarian scene is one of the most amusing one I did so far. I made her so stoic and deadpan, and I don't know if the vibe went through – but I wanted to show MC's panicky moment where Pippa is just so nonchalant and the librarian won't take any bs from MC.

23rd September 2024:

• I coded homeless guy scene!
• I drew and coded the birdy + letter scene!
• I started doing some SFX hunting for some scenes...
• I started building the itch.io page, since there's only one week left and looking at my progress, I feel like I'm behind the schedule...

Drew this little postal bird. It's really round! (It's on purpose!)

Panicking, I decided that I'll go to bed later starting from today. It's strange but somehow I'm becoming night owl recently hahaha.

One quirk I noticed: I don't work on my project chronologically. I jump all over the scenes at no particular order. I think this is why it's so hard for me to gauge how far have I been working on this project. This contributes to my fear of running out of time. a_a);;;
