(2223) Writing + coding

The development starts today! \o/

This is my note from today:

Today I did:

• created the Ren'Py project. I updated to the latest Ren'Py build (8.3), hoping it's as smooth as the previous version.
• first thing first: coded some colour palette which I've picked before, with some adjustment, in-game. Now the game has the colours I envisioned!
• coded definitions. Just to kickstart the writing!
• coded name-input and styled it a bit to be in the center of the screen instead of the textbox. I want to make a fun graphic for it, later!
• drew my textbox. This was really, really fast since it's super simple. I don't want to spend too much time thinking about this. Also, since my art style is super simple, I'm hoping it can speed up drawing process!
• wrote scene 1: it's really hard hahaha...

I also listened to the first iteration of the main theme for this VN. It's really cute~!
