(2148) 16 Years of Art Summary

I'm reusing this template to create an even more extensive art summary view!

I also kind of recognise the quality jump of the art which I can relate with the tool and software changes!

• 2009-2010 : a small mouse + Photoshop CS3
• 2011-2013 : an off-brand tablet + Paint Tool SAI
• 2014-2018: Wacom Intuos Small + Paint Tool SAI, Medibang
• 2019-2023: Wacom Cintiq 13HD + Clip Studio Paint, Krita
• 2024-present: XP-Pen Artist Pro 13 + Krita

I enjoyed other artists' art summary (and admire their growth!! Wow!!) then I looked at mine and hmmm... 🤔 I have a roller-coaster progress hahaha... My education background is not art so I never really take drawing professionally – it's all pure passion. In a way, I'm happy about it as I just have many random knowledge in various subjects. At the same time, I wonder how much better I could have been if I had art education.

Looking above, I think I peaked in 2021-2023? x_x);; 2022 is probably my favourite! ✨ I haven't been drawing much in 2024 as I'd like to, but I'm so excited to make so many fun things!

Oooh 2021 was also the year I tried making comics! Although in 2022 I rekindled my VN dev interest. Because of that, I don't put as much hours in drawing anymore. But! I didn't regret it! It's super fun and I learnt countless new things!
